Perseus

Perseus, a demigod, goes on many adventures proving his courage. One of his most famous quests was the quest for MedusaÕs head, and in this adventure he proves his braveness in two particular ways. The first way he does this is by boasting that he would be able to obtain MedusaÕs head. So he sets out on his mission, and using his magical shoes given to him by Hermes, he flies there with ease. Using the magical items he collects on his ways, Perseus boldly, using his shield, walked backward towards MedusaÕs head and chopped off her head. Another moment when Perseus shows his valor is when he is flying home to his mother. He sees a naked girl bound to a rock and a giant sea monster coming towards her. He flies down to her parents, the King and Queen of the island, and asks them why she is out there. The parents reply that she is a sacrifice so that the serpent will not destroy the island in which they live. So, in a daring act, Perseus flies out to the monster and chops off its head, saving the girl. In conclusion Perseus shows his braveness in many ways and will always be a hero among demigods.
