Zeus, the
god, is very clever. In the battle with Cronos he sets up allies, his
brothers and sisters who had been eaten by Cronos to support him in the
battle. With the help of Hestia, Demeter, Hera, Hades and Poseidon, he wins
the battle against Cronos. Another example of how Zeus is intellectual also
occurs during the battle against Cronos. Preparing a trap to catch the Titans
off guard, he whistles to his cousins, the One-eyed Cyclopes, and the
Hundred-Handed Ones when the Titans are near, and they throw boulders down
the mountain to crush the Titans. As a result, CronosÕs army is defeated and
Zeus becomes ruler of the gods. Overall, Zeus is a very intelligent god. |
