In Greek myths, the god Zeus is very disloyal to Hera.
Even though Zeus is married to Hera, he fell in love with Metis, a Titaness,
and Athene was born. Another time, Zeus gave two kids to Demeter, a boy and
girl, because he was very fond of her. Not again! Zeus fell in love with
another mythical character and made Hera angry. Later, he fell in love with a
nymph named Leto. When Hera saw them (she was very jealous of Leto, by the
way) Zeus turned himself and Leto into quails. Leto then gave birth to
Artemis and Apollo. In conclusion, Zeus cheated on Hera many times, even more
than were mentioned before. |
