The
daughter or Zeus and Leto, Artemis was a mean demi-goddess. Because Zeus
favored Artemis more than he favored Apollo, Zeus told her that she could get
her own gifts from him. Without saying thank you, she ran off and spoiled herself
with many gifts. Artemis never ever thanked Zeus for the silver bow, hunting
dogs and the mountains. That was one reason why Artemis was mean. Another
time, Artemis found out Niobe was teasing her mom Leto. Niobe claimed she was
better because she had more kids. Upset, Artemis killed Niobe without even
talking to Niobe or telling her LetoÕs feelings. Therefore, Artemis was a
cruel person because of all her nasty deeds. |
