Dionysus was a demi-god who was nice.
Dionysus granted King Midas the Ògolden touchÓ. This touch allowed the king
to turn anything he touched instantly into gold because the king was so fond of
it. When this gift backfired on the king, Dionysus was nice enough to get rid
of his gift instead of making him suffer forever. However, Dionysus was also
the god of revelry. This meant that he would play with the nymphs and have a
great time. He would party with other people and show them a fun time.
Dionysus was also the god of wine. He gave the earth the gift of the
grapevine. This gift has enabled people to make wine. In conclusion, Dionysus
was a kind god and was always good to people. |
