Hermes

Hermes is very clever. When he was five minutes old, he jumped out of his crib, and stole a herd of cows that belonged to Apollo. Not only did he steal them unnoticed, but he bound their hooves with grass so their prints would be hidden. This was an amazing feat for a baby.  Also when Apollo found out that Hermes stole his cows, he asked for them back. Instead of giving them back, Hermes asked for a deal in that if Hermes gave back the cows, Apollo would have to give Hermes his golden staff. Apollo then agreed to the deal. This is mischievous because first of all, a five-minute year old baby would not take any cows, and if it did, the baby would give them back. Instead, Hermes was smart, and asked for something in exchange. Therefore, in conclusion, Hermes was very precocious.
