Perseus, a demigod, was courageous. When an evil king kidnapped his mom, the only way Perseus could save her is by killing Medusa, the gorgon who turned all people into stone. Unafraid, he took the challenge so he could save his beloved mother. Traveling to the gorgonsŐ lair, he asked the three Grae sisters where he could find Medusa. Even though the gorgons are very scary-looking, he fearlessly faced them. Finally, he killed Medusa by using the reflection in his shield to chop off MedusaŐs head. Perseus could have been turned to stone if Athene didnŐt help him with the reflection. I think that Perseus shows his valiant personality in many ways. |
