Daedalus, a human character from Greek Mythology, is very clever. In the white city of Athens, Daedalus invvented tools, such as the wheel, the plough, and the loom, for a living. This helped make peopleÕs lives easier and easier and everyone praised DaedalusÕ ability to create helpful tools. However, Daedalus murdered his nephew, Talos, because he was envious of his creation of the saw. Because of this, King Minos jailed him and then ordered him to create something to confine the Minotaur,  a monster that was half human and half buffalo. Thus, Daedalus created a complex labyrinth to hold the monster. Only someone as smart as Daedalus could have thought of the maze. Therefore, Daedalus was truly one of the greatest inventor to have ever  lived.
