JTD to join Southern California Diversity Recruiting Fair
Research shows that a diverse, equitable, and inclusive learning environment is critical to student success and a marker of educational excellence.
One crucial component in creating such an environment is having a diverse faculty and staff that reflects the students we teach. As such, we are participating in the sixth annual Southern California Diversity Recruiting Fair 2024 to recruit faculty, staff, and administrators from underrepresented groups. More than 50 independent schools in Los Angeles are participating.

The fair will take place both in person for local attendees, on Saturday, March 16, 2024 from 9:00am to 12:00pm, and virtually for all other attendees on Monday, March 18, 2024 from 4:00pm to 5:30pm. The link will be provided to registrants. In addition to the fair, attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a resume and interview skill building workshop plus hear from panelists on a variety of topics relevant to working in an independent school.

In order to participate in the fair, job candidates must submit a resume using the following link by Thursday, February 15, 2024: Register Here.

If you or someone you know is an educator or interested in becoming an educator, please join us on Saturday, March 16, 2024 to learn about the wonderful world of working in an independent school and to speak directly with school representatives about open positions.
