After School

The After School Enrichment Program

The After School Enrichment Program (ASEP) provides an opportunity for students to participate in extra-curricular classes for an additional fee. A robust selection of  classes  may vary from year to year and trimester to trimester. Classes in the past have been Hula dancing, American Girl Doll Club, Robotics, golf, Chess, and French. The classes are offered to students in Kindergarten through Grade 6, and are taught by both JTD faculty and non-JTD teachers. All classes are located on campus from 3:15 to 4:30.

The After School Care

The After School Care Program (ASC) is provided for JTD families for an additional expense and offers an opportunity for students to complete homework, participate in extracurricular activities, meet new friends, and spend supervised time after school from 3:05 to 6:00pm daily.

The ASC Program has been designed to meet the needs of the children and their families from Kindergarten through Grade 6. The program includes a designated time for homework, relaxing “down time,” and outside playtime. A healthy snack, such as pretzels or popcorn will also be provided.

Athletic Study Hall

For students in Grades 4-6, a supervised Athletic Study Hall (ASH) will be provided for home games. Snacks will be provided. Please contact the Athletic Director wil any questions about the Athletics Program.
